DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Heca Sp. z o.o. maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, it is possible to cancel it. Contact us and we will help you. It may not be possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or design of a product. Please consult us each time if there is any change to the placed request needed, so we can assess the possibilities.
Packages are delivered by courier service. Your order will be dispatched within 3-7 working days after your payment arrives on to our account, unless otherwise specified within the product description. In case of wakeskate board orders, bigger volumes require individual lead time assessment.
The buyer is obliged to check the status of the shipment and its contents in the presence of the shipper. In case of transport damage, they are obliged to carry acts of diligence. This is the basis for recognition of complaint. Acceptance of consignment from the courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt. Upon receipt, the property right to the goods and all the risks associated with the possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage pass on the Purchaser.
If after receipt of the goods the buyer can find technical defects or damage hapenning during delivery, in the courier’s presence they should write damage protocol, in which there will be included the date, time and description of service failures or deficiencies noted. Exchange for a new product is only possible on the basis of the written protocol.
Delivery prices and time
The freight charge depends on your delivery address.
We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address. You can verify the exact prices after adding the selected product to the bucket and entering your shipping address (Country of delivery).
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties – these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for paying these charges on your own. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information. Any duties paid are non-refundable, even in the event of a product return.
Special rates may apply for islands or special territories.
We’re not responsible for delivery times due to courier company.
Warranty and Return policy
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If a product is found defective by Heca Sp. z o.o. in its sole discretion, Heca Sp. z o.o.’s responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Heca Sp. z o.o. will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product. Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship (for instance damage resulting from misuse or improper storage or handling, cosmetic issues including discolored graphics, damage due to the product modifications or normal wear and tear) shall not be covered by this warranty. Mechanical damage to the wakeskate caused by riding on obstacles or performing jumps may lead to defects that cannot be covered under our warranty.
Any claims related to manufacturer’s defects shall be determined on individual basis by Heca Sp. z o.o.
We offer a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery for wakeskate boards. If any issues arise within this period, please contact us immediately. For accessories, a 14-day warranty applies from the date of delivery. If your claim is valid, we will either repair or replace the defective product. All claims must be submitted as soon as possible after discovering the defect.
Outlet Boards Warranty
Outlet boards are sold as-is, reflecting their discounted price and potential for minor cosmetic imperfections. As such, they come with a limited warranty covering only significant manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover cosmetic flaws, damage from use, or any other issues related to the board’s discounted status. All outlet board sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Products Purchased From Other Retailers
Purchases from other retailers can’t be claimed or returned to Heca Sp. z o.o. Please refer to the retailer’s specific return policy.
How to return a product
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and photos of the defect. You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. If the product needs to be returned to Heca Sp. z o.o., the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the products (freight prepaid and insured). Heca Sp. z o.o. assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our company. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address.
Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

Custom or import duties

Custom duties are non refundable in case of returns which relate to unjustified claims.
